Noah Berson
I’ve always been passionate about business and helping people. I started my first little venture at 12 selling cell phone accessories, and spent my teenage years working in my family’s fabric store on 4th Street in Queen Village—where I learned the value of community, relationships, and hard work. I went on to study Finance and Marketing at Philadelphia University, and that’s when I found my way into real estate. It quickly became more than a job—it was the perfect mix of everything I love.
Now, I help buyers, sellers, renters, and investors through every stage of their real estate journey. I’m big on systems and service, and I’m always working to create the smoothest, most supportive experience possible. My goal is to build real relationships that last well beyond the closing table. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my wife Alyssa—we met in homeroom at 13 and have been together ever since—and our dog Louie. We love beach days at the shore, exploring new restaurants, spending time with family, and crossing adventures off our travel bucket list I’d love the opportunity to connect and be a lifelong resource for you!
